ICC Mortgage Services provides access to Federal Community Lending Initiatives for both MOS as well as Civilian Employees of the New York City Police Department. Since 1994, ICC Mortgage Services has been providing services to the NYPD through the Department (Personnel Bureau Memo # 15), it's Unions (PBA), and it's Fraternal Organizations such as the Columbia Association and the DESI Society.
As the ONLY lender to have it's services offered through "Official" Department communications such as Personnel Bureau Memos and Spring 3100, ICC Mortgage Services specializes in Community Lending for Law Enforcement that provides a "tangible benefit" to MOS and Civilian members ot the Department whether they are purchasing their first home, refinancing their current mortgage, or purchasing a second home or investment property. Through Federal Programs that have been implemented by Fannie Mae and the Federal Housing Finance Authority, ICC Mortgage Services has the ability to offer "lower cost mortgage insurance", "more flexible underwriting guidelines", "lower interest rates with reduced loan level price adjustments due to credit score".
Our Law Enforcment Community Lending Division also offers underwriting flexibility to qualified borrowers who meet specific income criteria or are purchasing a property that meets federal geographic location eligibility criteria through FannieNeighbors.
We also offer free counseling to MOS and Civilian Members whether you are planning on purchasing your home in 3 months or 3 years. This free service is designed to educate you and your family so that when the time comes to purchase your new home you can make an informed and educated decision. We offer free pre-qualification and there are NO obligations associated with this program.
With active and retired MOS on staff, ICC Mortgage Services understands and regulary deals with the qualification of individuals with complex income that include overtime, night differential, unfiform allowance, paid details, etc. We are available to MOS and Civilian Members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address all of your questions and concerns.
